This has to be a classic. If your toddler loves hand painting, this would be an easy choice. You could let your toddler choose their favorite colors for the turkey hand painting.

Fall Wreath Station
This will have a tad less clean up than hand paiting. You’ll still need to precut and glue the wreath but it’d be a quicker activity on this busy holiday.
