Kids grow up so fast.

Before I know it, my son will be a teenager on his way to college in the blink of an eye.

Until then….

Each step he takes.

Every talent shows he stars in.

Each tooth that falls out.

Every party he attends.

Every football game played. ( he probably won’t have the height for anything else thanks to his 4’11 mama haha!)

I want to be there to witness ALL of it! This becomes kind of hard when you have to balance going to work and being a mom.

Thankfully, I have the opportunity to stay at home. I won’t have to worry about missing anything in his life.

This doesn’t stop me from worrying about the bills that are due. Crazy that I can’t pay our bills with a mother’s love, right? Who would have thought?!

LOL.

Ever since I found out I was pregnant, I knew I’d have to find a way to make money from home. Everyone in my life was convinced that work from home moms were a myth. Some of these jobs are actual ways I’ve earned money into my bank account. You can try only one or become a serial entrepreneur and put a few different jobs under your belt. It all depends on your skill set, determination level, and the amount of time you are willing to put in. Whichever one you choose, just know it is more than possible to work from home while being a stay at home mom.

Being a blogger can be amazing. Do you like to write? Is there anything you are passionate about? This could be the job for you. There are a number of ways a blogger can bring income in. With the right amount of dedication and collection of valuable posts, you have the opportunity to fully sustain your lifestyle with blogging.

I get to wake up in the morning and write about being a mom, fashion that I’d love to wear, and being an entrepreneur.  Coming from a 9-5, this is heaven!

With a bit of business savvy and marketing knowledge, becoming a web designer can let you work from the beaches in the Caribbean with a drink in your hand.

If only I had the patience, I would have made becoming a web designer my primary career. It’s easy to start up even for those who aren’t proficient in technology.

Online Store Owner

The internet is packed with platforms that allow you to create a online store. Etsy. Ebay. Even Craiglistst. Or you could go the route of having your own website with an online store.
